Enjoy the ambience of our Art Gallery 2 whilst experiencing the art of Tai Chi Me. This wellbeing opportunity is a chance to enjoy slow, gentle movements while listening to relaxing music. No previous experience needed! 

What to know

• Tai Chi Me takes place in Art Gallery 2 of Ulster Museum 
• This is a free event taking place on Wednesday 28th August (fully booked) & Wednesday 11th September (fully booked)  from 11:00 to12:00. 
• Suitable for ages 16+
• Attendees should make their way to the Art Gallery on arrival, the route is also accessible via the lifts.
