Archaeology Gallery Tour
as part of the Festival of Archaeology at Queen’s University Belfast
This event has endedDelve into our archaeology collections held at the Ulster Museum with a gallery tour, led by curators Niamh Baker and Dr Greer Ramsey on Saturday 26th August!
This tour will highlight some of the more significant objects in our collection, from Prehistoric to the Medieval periods. We'll move from the Early Peoples to the Saints and Scholars galleries before looking at the fascinating Armada collections.
Tours will take place at the following times

The European Association of Archaeologists (EAA) annual conference is taking place at Queen’s University Belfast from 30 August to 2 September 2023. This is a once-in-a-lifetime event that will see over 3000 archaeologists from across the world visit our city. To share the excitement, we're taking part in a Festival of Archaeology in the lead up to the conference. The Festival is being organised by Queen’s University Belfast in partnership with the Historic Environment Division of the Department for Communities and the Ulster Museum.
