Colourful Tours of Ulster Museum
To celebrate World Autism Acceptance Week
We're celebrating World Autism Acceptance Week, and the 2023 theme of 'colour', with two very special tours of Ulster Museum...
Colourful Characters in Nature
Time: 11:00 - 11:40
Join us as we explore some of the most colourful characters in our Nature Galleries collections. During the tour you'll encounter creatures from the hidden depths, discover the return of an object that came from the outer space, and discuss our old favourites such as the T-Rex skull in the Fossils and Evolution gallery.
All are welcome, and this is an Autism friendly short tour for neurodivergent children and their families.
Colours in Contemporary Art
Time: 11:45 - 12:25
Join us as we discuss some of the contemporary artworks and complementary colours in our Spotlight Art Gallery on Level 4. Find out about neurodivergent artists who have made innovations in the studies of colour.
All are welcome, and this event has been tailored to be neurodivergent friendly.
