Book NowTaking part in our art programmes at the Ulster Museum will provide your class with a memorable creative learning experience! We have in-depth subject knowledge and a wish to make art accessible to all. Each workshop is delivered in two parts. Look - taking time in the gallery to focus and discuss what you see. Make - trying out some new creative techniques to make your own artwork inspired by what you’ve seen. Choose a workshop theme from one of the options available…
Key Activities
- Learn about art and artists through first-hand experience of works of art in a gallery setting
- Develop an understanding of how artists use the visual elements.
- Extend art vocabulary and practise ways of thinking and talking about art.
- Explore thinking skills through conversations about art.
- Discover processes and materials by making art.
